EiTTT: Inclusive Education Erasmus+ Project Team in Dublin

It has certainly been a busy but very fulfilling few months for the EiTTT project team. Following a learning activity week in Antwerp in October and a transnational project meeting in Nicosia, Cyprus in November, MIE welcomed the EiTTT project team to a very sunny Dublin in late November! For one week from 27th November – 1st December, team members from Finland, Cyprus, Latvia, Belgium and Ireland engaged in a variety of learning activities including workshops, presentations and visits to mainstream and special schools. All agreed that it was a most informative and enjoyable week.  Of the many highlights, Thursday 30th was particularly memorable.  On that morning, more than thirty of MIE’s B.Ed. 2 students returned from their Special Education Placement to share with all of us, through video and discussion, their reflections and learning about this school experience.  The team wishes to acknowledge the tremendous engagement of the entire B.Ed. 2 class, the wonderful welcome extended to us by many mainstream and special schools and the generous support of MIE staff.
