A team of staff from across the institute, including academic and administrative staff, heads of department and faculty, led by the President of the Institute, Prof. Teresa O’Doherty, will oversee the planning of the Conference, assisted by members of the academic, financial and administrative staff. Two parallel sub-teams, each with a deputy chair, will work on specific aspects of the organisation.

The academic committee will be responsible for the academic content and quality of the conference and will consist of academics from the Marino Institute of Education complemented, where possible, by the ATEE Presidency, representatives of the Administrative Council and of the Chairs of the Research and Development Communities. This committee will be convened by President, Prof. Teresa O’Doherty.  

The organising committee will oversee the practical organisation of the conference, including the catering, recommendations for accommodation and the social programme. This committee will be convened by Ciarán Fogarty.

The institute has a dedicated conferencing team, which ensures that a professional approach is taken to practical aspects of conference organisation.
