If pornography or sexual behaviour is causing distress, affecting relationships, interfering with college or feeling difficult to control, you can also speak confidentially with the MIE Student Counselling Service. 

If you are looking for counselling or psychotherapy outside of MIE, there are a number of organisations and professional directories that can help you find a suitable therapist. Availability and fees vary, so contact the service directly to check current availability and whether reduced-fee options are available.
