MIE Library Equipment Loan Policy

• Please handle with care. You are responsible for damage or loss. 

• Do not share or leave equipment unattended. 

• The borrower must return the item themselves. 

• Limit: 1 booking per month for voice recorders, and 3 bookings per category per month for other items.

• Returns: During service desk hours only. 

• Late fee: €5 per day. lost/damaged items must be replaced. 

• No renewals 

• Voice recorders:  remember to erase data before returning. 

•  All items, excluding voice recorders, reading pens and Pep-3, can be borrowed for one month.
