Catering

We have two Food and Beverage outlets on the campus. Our main restaurant, Blasta, is a 200 seater, tray service restaurant, serving a wide variety of options. We also have a coffee shop in St Mary’s called the Cloister Café offering a more select premium tea & coffee product.

For conferences, our catering team offer a full catering service with all the food and beverage requirements that may be required, from breakfast, lunch and all types of breaks to full waiter served private lunchtime and evening events. Menus can be catered to any particular requirement or need.

All catering facilities are provided by KSG Catering who are our on-site caterer.

The Cloister Cafe

The Cloister Cafe is open from 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

It serves Costa Coffee, sandwiches and snacks. This is located in St Mary's building.

Blasta - The Restaurant

The restaurant opens from 8.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Saturday.

Breakfast: 08.00 –10.00

Lunch: 12.15 –14.00
