Registration process
All attendees must register for the conference, including all presenters. It is mandatory that at least one author of each accepted paper attends the session and presents the work. Please note that authors of accepted papers must register no later than 9th July 2025. Please ensure you choose the correct registration category during the registration process. Name change: If a participant should be prevented from attending, they may wish to send a colleague in their place. Name changes should be notified in writing to [email protected]. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change.
