Field Placement

What is Field Placement?

Field Placement. All Field Placements must be completed in settings with children between 6 months and 6 years.

What are Placement Days?

Placement days give you the opportunity to spend time in your placement setting before undertaking your assessed field placement block. This enables you to become familiar with the setting approach and expectations, develop a professional relationship with the educators and begin to develop your relational practice. You may use these days to prepare for your assessed block and complete pre-planning documentation.
