The IT & eLearning Department support all teaching, learning and business activities across MIE campus. The IT & eLearning team also conduct implementation projects throughout the year, under the MIE Digital Strategy, as part of the wider Institutional Strategic Plan.

IT & eLearning Support

We support staff and students in their work and operate an IT Support Helpdesk (www.mie.ie/helpdesk) in case of any queries from Monday to Friday 0800 to 1730.

You can also email [email protected] if you cannot log into the Helpdesk.

Outside of those regular working hours students and staff can access and manage their own passwords on www.mie.ie/password - this is available 24/7, 365 days of the year.

We also offer a drop in service for students from 12pm to 1pm Monday to Friday during term time (Room 100, St Mary's Building).
