What is the application closing date?

For 2021 entry, the closing date is 31st July. 

Do I need to submit all documentation in advance of the application closing date? 

No. You can make an application before the closing date based on documents currently available (passport, most recent high school results etc.) and possibly receive a conditional offer letter. Final high school transcripts, proof of English language and reference letters may be sent later after the closing date.

Who is to complete the Reference/Recommendation Letters?

The Reference/Recommendation letters should come from the school or academic institution where you have studied.

How will I know if my application has been submitted successfully?

At the end of the online application form, you will receive a message that your application has been submitted successfully. You will also be able to see the status of your application when you log into the Application Centre. For example your status might be: Application Viewed, Application Progressed, Application Rejected etc.

When will I be notified about the outcome of my application?

Generally decisions on applications are made, and communicated to you, within two weeks of successfully submitting your application.  

If I submit an incomplete application, or if I have missing documentation, will I be contacted?

Yes, as long as you have included an email address or are applying through an agent. 

Is there on-campus accommodation reserved for International Foundation Programme students?

Yes, on-campus accommodation is reserved for these students.

Is there a minimum age or maximum age limit for entry onto this programme ?

The minimum age is 17 years old at the start of the programme. Students under the age of 17 may be considered on a case by case basis. Mature students are reviewed on a case by case basis. The programme is not suitable for students that have completed more than one year of higher/further education.
