Fees and Finance FAQ

International students are required to pay tuition fees in advance of registration for the first year of study. Where the programme fee exceeds €6,000, non-EU/EEA/Swiss Confederation/UK students are required to pay a minimum of €6,000 and the remaining balance must be submitted by the following 31st January.

A receipt is automatically issued when you pay your fees through the online payment platform.

You can contact the Finance Team if you need a separate receipt.

International students may be able to avail of the International Student Scholarship. Currently this bursary is applied to eligible students automatically, although this may change depending on available resources.

Students may also apply for the Student Assistance Fund which is available to all MIE students registered on a programme of studies.

Students should contact [email protected] to receive a summary of their balance.

International students may be eligible for a full or partial refund of fees. Please see the International Student Refund of Fees page for full details.

If you have an unpaid finance fine, you should contact the Finance Team as soon as possible to arrange payment or a payment plan for the outstanding balance.
